Job summary

The Talent of Tomorrow is hiring a Google Display & Demand Gen Specialist for a fully remote role focused on beauty and personal care brands. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Display and Demand Gen, manage targeting, ad variations, and performance, and generate insights to drive reach, engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with marketing and account teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives, budgets, and timelines while keeping up with Google Ads best

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Display campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with MCC and large corporate Google Ads accounts.
• Experience with monthly invoicing, credit lines, and terms.
• Coordinate with finance teams on invoices and credits.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing and creative testing.
• Experience budgeting and optimizing bidding for CPA/ROAS.
• Proficiency in conversion tracking, GA4 and GTM.
• Strong analytics and campaign performance reporting.

Role Description

The Google Display & Demand Gen Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Display and Demand Gen campaigns for beauty and personal care brands. Day-to-day tasks include setting up campaigns, managing targeting and audiences, creating and testing ad variations, and monitoring performance in Google Ads and related platforms. The specialist will analyze data, generate performance reports, and make optimization recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. This role collaborates closely with marketing and account teams to align campaigns with client objectives, budgets, and timelines, while staying current with Google Ads best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Display and Demand Gen campaigns.


• Hands-on experience managing corporate Google Ads accounts through Google Ads Manager Accounts (MCC).


• Experience with Google Ads monthly invoicing and corporate credit lines, including monitoring credit limits and payment terms.


• Ability to coordinate with finance teams and Google Ads billing support on invoices and credit-related issues.


• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, customer acquisition, and creative testing.


• Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing bidding strategies to improve CPA and ROAS.


• Proficiency in conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.


• Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on campaign performance.


• Understanding of Google Ads policies and secure account-access management.


• Google Ads certification and experience managing large advertising budgets are preferred.
