The Google Ads Specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to increase awareness of Rebirth Leeds’ programs and drive engagement from both adolescents and university volunteers. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves setting up and monitoring Google Ads campaigns, conducting keyword research, and refining targeting to reach relevant audiences. The specialist will analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximize impact while working within budget constraints. Daily tasks include collaborating with program and communications teams to align ad messaging with organizational goals, testing ad creatives and landing pages, and ensuring all campaigns comply with Google Ads policies. The role also requires staying current with best practices in search and display advertising to support continuous growth in reach and conversions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, bid management, and performance optimization.
