Job summary

Proxima Group in Baner, Pune seeks a hands-on digital marketing specialist to plan, create, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and to manage lead generation with a focus on CPL. You will handle Meta Business Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API, design basic creatives with Canva/Photoshop, track performance with GA and Ads Manager, and share weekly/monthly reports with clients.

Freshers welcome with strong practical knowledge. Role is in-person at Baner, Pune.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Digital Marketing Certification preferred.

Practical Assessment

• Demonstrate the Meta Pixel setup process.
• Share previous campaign results or portfolio (if available).

Pay: ₹10,223.79 - ₹34,054.99 per month
