Job summary

Faveo is seeking a passionate Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team in India, based in Karnataka.

You will plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI, working with SEO, Content and Sales teams to drive growth.

Applicants with 1–3 years of experience and GA4/GTM proficiency are encouraged to apply. A Google Ads certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Google Ads / SEM experience.
• Hands-on experience with planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and keyword research.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, CS or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROAS.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets; adjust bids accordingly.
• Perform A/B tests on ad copies and landing pages.
• Track performance with GA4 and GTM; generate reports.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Sales to boost leads.

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead generation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.
• Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimisation.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Software Product Marketing is an added advantage.
