Job summary

Faveo is seeking a passionate Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team in India. You will plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key tasks include keyword research, budget management, A/B testing, and reporting with GA4 and GTM. Freshers with certification are welcome; 1–3 years' experience preferred. Join us to drive growth for our B2B SaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid search campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) for measurement and reporting.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and measurement.
• Proficiency in keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.
• Understanding CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Quality Score.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyse conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead generation.
