Job summary

Faveo Helpdesk is seeking a passionate Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimising paid search campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximise ROI.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and keyword research, along with strong analytical and reporting skills. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields is preferred, and Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies and landing pages.
• Track performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise
• campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead generation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.
• Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Software Product Marketing is an added advantage.

• Freshers with Google Ads certification and hands‑on project experience may also apply.
