Job summary

Ladybird Web Solution Pvt Ltd is hiring a Google Ads/SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team in India. You will plan, execute and optimise paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximise ROI.

You will manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube; conduct keyword research and monitor budgets. Freshers with certification may also apply, and collaboration with SEO/content teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads / SEM.
• Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimising paid search campaigns.
• Certification in Google Ads preferred; exposure to B2B SaaS/Software marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions and ROI.
• Monitor daily performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track performance with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyse conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content and Sales teams to improve lead generation.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
  
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
  
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  
• Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.
  
• Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
  
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
