Job summary

Faveo in Bengaluru is seeking a driven Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to plan, execute, monitor and optimise paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximise ROI.

You will work with SEO, Content and Sales teams, perform keyword research, A/B testing, and report performance using GA4 and GTM. Freshers with certification may apply.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads / SEM.
• Hands-on experience planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid search campaigns.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead generation.

• Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Software Product Marketing is an added advantage.
