Tech Mahindra BPS in Airoli, Navi Mumbai is hiring for an Inbound Customer Service Executive to handle queries related to Credit Bureau services. The role requires assisting customers with credit scores and reports, and delivering high-quality service. Freshers are welcome, with 6 months BPO experience preferred.

Working hours are 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, five days with two rotational offs. HR contact is Anurag.

Competenze

• HSC or graduate degree required or equivalent.
