Job summary

DCB Bank in Hyderabad seeks a specialist to execute and handle Gold loan processes at branches, coordinating with stakeholders and ITD.

Responsibilities include surprise verifications, branch valuations, auction management for Mumbai, NPA calling, portfolio checks, onboarding, and transactional audits. The role also covers staff training and internal customer engagement, with flexibility to assist other projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute and handle processes related to Gold loans at branches in coordination with stakeholders and ITD.
• Conduct surprise verifications on Gold loan portfolio (including XRF checks).
• Conduct Gold loan valuations at branches.
• Manage Auction process for Mumbai location.
• NPA calling and regularization.
• Check Gold loan portfolio across branches including customer onboarding, account maintenance, transaction processing, system glitches and fixes, Audit.
• Facilitate training and mentoring of branch staff on processes (online and classroom).
• Lead internal customer engagements in line with ESQ culture.
• Back up for other projects as needed.

Role & responsibilities

Core responsibility - Executing and handling various processes related for Gold loans at Branches in coordination with other stake holders & ITD.

• a) Ensuring surprise verifications on Gold loan portfolio is conducted which includes checking through XRF, surprise verifications.
• b) Conducting Gold loan valuations at branches.
• c) Handling Auction process for Mumbai location.
• d)NPA calling , regularization
• e) Conducting checks on Gold loan portfolio across branches including customer on-boarding, account maintenance, transaction processing, system glitches and fixes, Audit etc.
• f) Facilitate continuous training and mentoring of branch staff on processes through both online as well as classroom sessions.
• g) Live out ESQ culture by leading on internal customer engagements
• h) Handling and backing up for other projects as taken up from time to time basis
