• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to operational processes
• Monitor daily branch transactions and operational controls
• Ensure proper custody and security of pledged gold ornaments
• Monitor branch portfolio performance and productivity
• Ensure timely collection of interest and overdue amounts
• Follow up on delinquent accounts, margin shortfalls, and renewal cases
• Ensuring Overall Productivity of Branch Team
