Job summary

HDB Financial Services Ltd. in Indore seeks a field sales executive to drive gold loan sales at the branch and support the sales team in lead conversion. You will interact with customers walking in, tele-call leads, explain products, and ensure timely loan processing.

You will coordinate with branch staff, maintain gold valuation records, support collections for overdue accounts, and ensure compliance with KYC and internal processes across the loan cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch sales team and support for lead conversion.
• Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office.
• Coordinate with customers who walk in branch.
• Explain product details to customer and suggest scheme based on need analysis.
• Conduct self gold valuation and inform loan amount.
• Manage external gold valuation process and ensure process compliance.
• Update valuation details in Gold portal and loan booking system.
• Ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT.
• Follow up with delinquent customers to avoid 30 DPD bucket.
• Follow up with customers for timely interest collection.
• Gold loan file disbursal in system.
• Custody of gold packets and recordkeeping.
• Raise Payment Request / Cheque Disbursement and recordkeeping.
• Send complete file to COPS as per process.
• Manage related MIS and interface with COPS/regional teams.
• Coordinate with central telecalling team for collections.
• Customer Support / Service as required.

Job Role

• Coordinate with branch sales team and support BSM, SMs for lead conversion.
• Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office.
• Coordinate with customer who walk in branch.
• Explain product details to customer and suggest scheme based on need analysis.
• Conduct self gold valuation and inform gold loan amount.
• Manage external gold valuation process i.e. interacting with valuator making sure that the process is followed.
• Update valuation details in system i.e. Gold portal and loan booking system.
• Ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT.
• Follow up with delinquent customer and ensure that customer does not cross 30 DPD bucket.
• Follow up with customer for timely interest collection.
• Gold loan file disbursal in system (this could be done by BOM for most Branches).
• Custody of gold packets in the office, record it as per process.
• Raise Payment Request / Cheque Disbursement, record it as per process.
• Arrange to send the complete file to COPS as per process.
• Manage Related MIS, interface with COPS, regional teams as might be required.
• Co-ordinate with central telecalling team for collections / follow up for payments from overdue borrowers.
• Customer Support / Service as required.
