Job summary

HDB Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a dynamic sales associate to coordinate with branch teams and support lead conversion for gold loan products.

You will tele-call on leads, explain schemes, and suggest the best option based on need analysis. The role also involves valuing gold and ensuring timely loan processing while maintaining delinquency follow-up as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/Direct sales environment preferred.
• Understanding of gold loan processes and KYC requirements.
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer-focused approach.

Job Role

• Coordinate with branch sales team and support BSM, SMs for lead conversion.
• Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office.
• Coordinate with customer who walk in branch.
• Explain product details to customer and suggest scheme based on need analysis.
• Conduct self gold valuation and inform gold loan amount.
• Manage external gold valuation process i.e. interacting with valuator making sure that the process is followed.
• Update valuation details in system i.e. Gold portal and loan booking system.
• Ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT.
• Follow up with delinquent customer and ensure that customer does not cross 30 DPD bucket.
• Follow up with customer for timely interest collection.
• Gold loan file disbursal in system (this could be done by BOM for most Branches).
• Custody of gold packets in the office, record it as per process.
• Raise Payment Request / Cheque Disbursement, record it as per process.
• Arrange to send the complete file to COPS as per process.
• Manage Related MIS, interface with COPS, regional teams as might be required.
• Co-ordinate with central telecalling team for collections / follow up for payments from overdue borrowers.
• Customer Support / Service as required.
