Job summary

AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a meticulous Gold Appraiser for gold loan processing. You will conduct physical inspections, assess purity, and determine market value based on current rates and weight.

Prepare detailed appraisal reports and ensure strict compliance with policies and regulations. You will maintain accurate records, train junior staff, and assist in audits while supporting customer service queries on valuation and loan eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Gemology, or a related field.
• Gold appraisal or jewelry valuation certification desirable.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in gold appraisal within banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing gold loans and asset valuation.
