Job summary

AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced Gold Appraiser to support our gold loan portfolio. The role focuses on evaluating gold assets for loan processing, ensuring accuracy in purity, weight, and market value, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The incumbent will collaborate with loan officers and operations teams to streamline sanctions and disbursements while preparing detailed appraisal reports for audits and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Commerce, Gemology, or related field.
• Certification in precious metal appraisal is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of gold appraisal experience in banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough appraisal of gold items as collateral for loan processing.
