Job summary

Brain Pool Consultant in Bengaluru is seeking a senior professional to lead tendering and contract functions. You will drive preparation of tender data sheets, market price enquiries, and item-rate derivations for bids.

The role requires extensive experience, including at least 5 years as Head of Tender & Contract Dept, BE/B.Tech in Civil (NICMAR preferred), and knowledge of arbitration. You will engage in pre-bid meetings and identify new project opportunities.

Qualifications

• 20 years of overall experience in tendering and contracts.
• Minimum 5 years as Head of Tender & Contract Dept.
• BE/B.Tech in Civil; NICMAR preferred.
• Knowledge of Arbitration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender data sheets and enclosure documents.
• Issue tender enquiries to obtain market prices and negotiate.
• Derive item rates for tender submission.
• Identify potential new projects.
• Attend pre-bid meetings.

Required Candidate profile
