Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the central sales team.
- Prepare and present project-specific sales reports, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all sales activities and client interactions.
Collaboration with Marketing
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and project sales objectives.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategies based on customer and broker insights.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualifications
Relevant Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years plus of experience in residential real estate, with a strong focus on luxury apartments and high-ticket sales.
- Proven experience managing and motivating sales teams, with a track record of successful target achievement.
- Deep familiarity with the city's geography and willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements and site visits.
