You will work on latest trends, frameworks, and tools to achieve defined business outcomes within time constraints. The candidate should possess 13-15+ years in IT BSS with telecom sector experience and engineering/technology background.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Technology graduate from a reputed institution.
• 13-15+ years of experience in IT BSS, preferably Telecom or IT industry.
• Thorough knowledge of Telecom IT BSS systems and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret detailed business requirements to align with technology capabilities.
• Define and design technology solutions to meet defined objectives.
• Suggest latest trends, frameworks, algorithms, tools to enable better decisions and insights.

Job Purpose

Design technology solutions for IT BSS demands in close coordination with Business Analysts and Demand Managers on one side and technology partners on the other side, with the prime objective of making optimal solution design to achieve defined business outcomes in a time-bound and qualitative manner.

As part of design, be well aware of latest technology trends , latest frameworks, algorithms, tools.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirement specifications to ensure alignment between business expectations and current or future technology capabilities
• Define and design technology solutions to support the business in meeting their defined objectives
• Suggest latest technology trends, frameworks, algorithms, tools to enable better decision making, automate tasks and generate insights from data.
• Manage multiple technology partners for timely and qualitative end to end solution design
• Analyze pros and cons of different solution design approaches to arrive at optimal solution design
• Manage stake holder satisfaction during interfacing with internal as well as external teams

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Latest technology trends, frameworks, algorithms, tools required for automation, generating insights, predict outcomes, detect anomalies, Optimization.
