Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited, Pune, is seeking a Solution Manager at M2/ AGM level to design and deliver IT BSS solutions in close collaboration with Business Analysts and Demand Managers along with technology partners. The role focuses on optimal solution design to achieve defined business outcomes within time and quality constraints.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Technology graduate from a reputed institution.
• Thorough knowledge of all Telecom IT BSS systems.
• Good understanding of telecom business processes and priorities.
• Over 10+ years of overall experience in the IT BSS domain.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirement specifications to ensure alignment between business expectations and current or future technology capabilities.
• Define and design technology solutions to support the business in meeting their defined objectives.
• Manage multiple technology partners for timely and qualitative end to end solution design.
• Analyze pros and cons of different solution design approaches to arrive at optimal solution design.
• Manage stakeholder satisfaction during interfacing with internal as well as external teams.

Job Purpose
