Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in India seeks an M1 - Manager in Technology to lead network uptime initiatives and O&M tasks. The role focuses on ensuring high availability across radio and MW, along with hands-on BSC/RNC and Transport domain expertise.

The position emphasizes coordinating with SNOC, IPs, CODE and projects, analyzing daily reports to achieve >99.70% uptime, and guiding maintenance activities. A senior background in BSS O&M RAN is required.

Qualifications

• BE in Electronics and Communication.
• Experience in BSS O&M RAN (Nokia & Ericsson) domain.
• 7-8 years of experience in BSS O&M RAN.
• Strong knowledge of RAN/MW network and transport domain.
• Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for network uptime for radio, MW. Support to improve the network KPIs for all technology.
• Engineer will responsible for Operation and maintenance of assigned task
• Engineer will responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance
• Engineer to analyze daily report and deliver >99.70% uptime
• Engineer will responsible for MW and RAN alarm rectification
• Engineer to coordinate with SNOC, IPs, CODE, project, etc. for day to day operation
• Engineer having hands on experience in BSC/RNC and Transport domain
