Enterprise Head position responsible for overseeing enterprise circuit feasibility, delivery, assurance and partner governance across telecom services.

Job Details

Job Purpose

• Responsible for all the enterprise circuit feasibility, delivery, assurance and partner governance.
• Delivery and assurance of Fixed Line Services Onnet and Offnet Last miles as per committed timelines.
• Revenue realization of 90% of in‑month delivery and 95% of target order value.
• Revenue realization of 80% for order book by segment within 90 days timeline.
• Improve overall link delivery experience through Group Engagement – CRFS Compliance – 92%.
• Build best team to achieve all KPI parameters.
• TOP200 and rest of customer availability as per committed and work towards customer experience improvement.

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities

Delivery

• Revenue realisation of 80% revenue as per Order book in a month within next 90 days.
• Connected location / soft upgrade delivery TAT ≤ 7 days.
• Not Connected Fiber Delivery TAT 4 weeks for 95% of orders.
• Not Connected UBR Pole Delivery TAT 2 weeks for 95% of orders.
• Not Connected UBR Tower Delivery TAT 4 weeks for 95% of orders.
• OFFNET Delivery TAT 4 weeks for 95% of orders.
• Revenue realisation of 90% of in‑month delivery.
• CRFS compliance – 92% across the board.
• Average Delivery TAT to be reduced to 8 weeks from WO to commissioning of order in OSM.
• Efficient Material planning and Capex management within budget guidelines and inventory ageing of 45 days.
• Technology innovation at low cost PTMP Radio UBR, IPfication of UBR rollout (New & Operational).
• Cost optimisation on active/passive infrastructure and transportation cost.

Feasibility

• Fiber/UBR/MW – 3 days.
• Desktop – 2 days.
• OFFNET – 7 days.

Assurance

• Maintain fault rate MTTR.
• Service migration for CXX improvement.
• TOP200 availability >99.5% and rest of customer >99%.

Field Operations

• Best operational practice of field.
• E2E field operations handling for delivery, operations, and feasibility.
• Ensure HSW compliance of team.
• Ensure all field compliances (PM, audit, etc.).
• Competency building of field and zone team.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 10~14 years of Telecom domain experience in field projects & operations.
• Strong Project Management & Programme Management.
• Expertise in Transmission Network Rollout.
• Driving Vendors, Field Team, and Circle Teams for timely Project Completion.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Transport Network Technologies & Topologies of both Optics (DWDM, PTN, SDH) and IP (Internet protocol)/MPLS etc.
• Project management certification is desired.
• Handling change management, material logistics & inventory management.
• 100% compliance to Vodafone Idea Limited HSW policies and procedures.
• Knowing and handling inventory management.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

• BE in Electronics & Telecommunication/IT.
• Must have Project Management certification and CCNP certification.
