Job summary

JobShop Bengaluru is hiring for an international voice process role in a work-from-office setup. You will handle inbound calls from international customers, resolve queries, and maintain CRM records while delivering high-quality service.

Freshers and experienced candidates with strong English communication are welcome; shifts include rotational/night rotations, offering a salary of 3.2 LPA to 5 LPA plus shift allowance and incentives, with 5 days a week and transport facilities.
