Job summary

Accenture Mumbai Airoli is seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment with a strong US hiring focus.

You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and build global talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.

This role requires 9–15+ years of experience, relocation assistance, and a US shift, with work-from-office in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Global Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities with a strong focus on US Recruitment / US Hiring, global sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement and closure of hiring requirements.
• Global Talent Acquisition + US Recruitment experience is mandatory for this requirement.

Responsibilities
