Responsibilities

• Govern stakeholder communication with status reports and escalation paths for global teams.

About the Role

As Global Project Manager, you will own cross-regional IT infrastructure and Corporate Real Estate initiatives from planning through completion. You will coordinate office build-outs, relocations, decommissioning, site readiness, procurement, vendor execution, and IT asset lifecycle activities. The role connects architecture frameworks, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, office space networking, software-led infrastructure delivery, Facilities, Security, IT, CRE, and regional stakeholders. Success means delivering compliant projects on schedule, within approved budgets, and aligned with business requirements. You will manage multiple workstreams, maintain executive visibility, and improve the systems and processes that make global project delivery predictable. Candidates must hold a PMP certification and demonstrate flexibility to relocate to Gurgaon, where the majority of the global IT team is based.

Key Responsibilities

• Own global IT infrastructure and CRE project plans for office build-outs, relocations, and decommissioning, using schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk controls to deliver predictable outcomes.
• Translate architecture frameworks and software-led infrastructure requirements across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and office networking into coordinated site-readiness plans with IT, CRE, Facilities, Security, and regional teams.
• Control procurement execution for equipment, infrastructure, and project services by managing vendors, contracts, purchase orders, delivery schedules, invoices, and spend against approved budgets.
• Govern stakeholder communication through concise status reporting, decision logs, escalation paths, and leadership updates that keep global teams aligned on scope, timing, risks, and business impact.
• Own IT asset lifecycle coordination across deployment, redeployment, inventory, audits, and disposition, maintaining accurate records in IT Asset Management systems such as ServiceNow.
• Improve project, procurement, and asset-management workflows through standardization, vendor performance management, cost‑saving opportunities, and compliance with corporate financial and procurement policies.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• PMP certification is mandatory, supported by 3–8 years of experience in project management, corporate real estate, IT infrastructure, procurement, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience delivering global or multi-site projects, including office build-outs, relocations, site readiness, infrastructure deployments, and coordination across international stakeholders.
• Strong capability with software-led infrastructure concepts, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, office networking, vendor management, budget tracking, Microsoft Office, project tracking tools, and ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow.

Additional Plus

• Experience partnering with Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Security, IT operations, architecture, or workplace technology teams in large enterprise or global environments.
• Experience managing IT equipment deployment, inventory planning, lifecycle controls, audits, and disposition across multiple locations and regional operating models.
• Familiarity with procurement standardization, contract execution, project financial controls, and identifying measurable vendor savings or process efficiencies.
