Job summary

Genpact is seeking a senior PTP transformation leader to own end-to-end AP/PTP processes and drive automation initiatives. The role involves governance, KPI tracking, and collaboration with client GPOs, operations and digital teams to standardize and digitize AP operations.

Candidates should have deep AP/PTP domain experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or similar platforms, with a track record of global transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end AP/PTP transformations and governance.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or similar ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with AI, Agentic AI, and RPA in AP automation.
• Proven track record leading global transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PTP processes including Payments, T&E, AP Helpdesk, Reporting & Governance.
• Develop and execute the AP transformation roadmap.
• Drive touchless AP and AI-driven invoice processing initiatives.
• Lead client GPO governance forums and ensure KPI & SLA compliance.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities; build business cases.

The GPO – AP/PTP is responsible for enterprise-wide ownership of the Procure-to-Pay process, driving governance, standardization, compliance, digitization and operational excellence. The role partners with client GPOs, Operations and Digital teams to transform AP operations using AI, workflow and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive policy adherence, audit readiness and controls compliance.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Build business cases for transformation investments.
• Partner with Digital, Operations and Transformation teams.
• Lead strategic account growth and value creation initiatives.
• Relevant years of AP/PTP domain experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP, Oracle, S4HANA, ServiceNow or PTP workflow platforms.
• Relevant experience with AI, Agentic AI, RPA and AP automation tools.
• Track record of leading global transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
