Roles and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or certifications in labor laws or HR compliance preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Payroll processing for more than one Country, statutory compliance understanding in atleast one Europe Country.
• Proficiency in using HR software tools.

Additional Information

• In-depth knowledge of Payroll processing and statutory requirements in atleast one Country.
• Exposure to Payroll processing for multiple Countries in EMEA/ Americas (NAG/ LATAM) Region.
• Exposure to Payroll processing for Pharma Organizations preferred.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
