Job summary

Golden Opportunities is hiring a Senior Payroll Manager to oversee US and UK payroll processing from Bengaluru. You will lead a payroll team, ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across multiple clients and jurisdictions.

Work with finance and HR to optimize processes, handle complex payroll queries, escalations, and regulatory reporting, while maintaining SLAs. This role offers growth in global payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in US/UK payroll processing.
• Experience leading a payroll team and managing SLAs.
• Proficient with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US/UK payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
