KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Service Delivery: Implementing best-in-class HR operations and service delivery frameworks across multiple international territories.
Operational Excellence: Driving process optimization and Lean methodologies to ensure HR workflows are scalable, efficient, and cost-effective.
HR Tech & Digital Transformation: Leveraging advanced HRIS and technology platforms to automate manual interventions and enhance the "Digital Employee Experience".
People Leadership: Building and mentoring a high-performance HR Ops team capable of supporting a fast-paced, global workforce.
Analytics & Insights: Utilizing HR data and people analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and provide actionable insights to the executive leadership.
Scalable Solutions: Designing HR policies and systems that can adapt to rapid organizational growth and varying international labor laws.
REQUIREMENTS
The Global Operator: 10+ years of hardcore HR Operations experience with a proven track record of managing APAC, EMEA, or North American mandates.
The Tech-First Leader: Deep expertise in HR technology ecosystems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.) and a passion for automation.
Leadership Gravitas: 5+ years in a senior leadership role, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-border teams.
Analytical Mindset: Strong comfort with "People Data" and the ability to translate metrics into strategic business outcomes.
Change Agent: Experience in leading large-scale HR transformation projects or setting up HR Shared Services from scratch.
