Core Capabilities and Technologies required.

• Specialized Chemistry: Expertise in PROTACs (Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras), peptides, lipids, macrocycles, oligonucleotides, carbohydrates, organometallics, fluorinated compounds, and deuterated molecules.
• Advanced Technology Platforms: Employs high-throughput experimentation (HTE), parallel library synthesis, electrochemistry, photo-redox chemistry, continuous-flow technology, and late-stage functionalization (LSF).
• Digital & AI Integration: Utilizes machine learning platforms for generative chemistry, predictive ADME modeling, and PROTAC design alongside proprietary compound data management systems (CDMS).
