Job summary

PERSOL in Mumbai, Maharashtra seeks a Contract Workforce Specialist to ensure compliance across the contingent workforce program and to monitor the VMS dashboard for vetting requests.

You will conduct contractor vetting by region, collect IC designation documents, assist with invoicing, renewals, and audits, and coordinate staff augmentation in India while collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in managing contingent workforce programs.
• Experience with Vendor Management System (VMS) tools, preferably Workday VNDLY.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
