This role will support India professional contingent worker engagements for India Foods and GIC and will provide backup support for D&T engagements. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of program activities, ensuring the achievement of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintaining high quality standards.
