Job summary

Light & Wonder seeks a detail-oriented HR operations professional to manage the contingent workforce program in Bengaluru. You will oversee onboarding/offboarding, data maintenance in the Vendor Management System, and ensure policy compliance across the program.

Responsibilities include vendor liaison, audits support, and analytics to drive cost efficiency and process improvements. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; experience with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 2+ years in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; reporting tools a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools (Preferred).

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Vendor Management System (VNDLY or similar).
  • Compliance & Governance: Monitor adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and contractual agreements.
  • Support audits and reporting to ensure program compliance.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Support: Serve as primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
  • Assist with issue resolution and elevate concerns as needed.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics (headcount, spend, cycle times).
  • Provide insights to improve program performance and cost efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Support implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices.
