Job summary

WMS Gaming seeks a Program Administration professional to oversee the contingent workforce program, handling onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes. You will ensure precise data in VNDLY or similar systems and monitor compliance with policies and contracts.

You will generate reports on headcount, spend, and cycle times, delivering insights to boost performance and cost efficiency while supporting tool implementations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Vendor Management System (VNDLY or similar).

Compliance Governance

• Monitor adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and contractual agreements.
• Support audits and reporting to ensure program compliance.

Supplier Stakeholder Support

• Serve as primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
• Assist with issue resolution and escalated concerns as needed.

Reporting Analytics

• Generate and analyse reports on contingent workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, spend, cycle times).
• Provide insights to improve program performance and cost efficiency.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
• Support implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
