Job summary

Heritage Foods Limited is seeking experienced operators to handle Ghee and Paneer processing and automated packing lines. You will operate and monitor automated equipment, ensure process parameters, quality standards, and production targets, while performing basic troubleshooting and maintaining records.

Preferred profiles include ITI/Diploma/Graduate with dairy/food processing exposure, and experience with PLC/HMI-based machinery used on dairy lines.

• Experience on PLC/HMI-based automated machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated Ghee/Panner processing and packing lines.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure smooth production operations.
• Handle machine start-up, changeover, cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure product quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Maintain production records and follow SOPs.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety and 5S practices on the shop floor.
