Job summary

Heritage Foods Limited in Hyderabad seeks a Processing & Packing Operator to handle ice cream production on extrusion/cone/bulk lines. You will manage mixing, freezing, packaging, and ensure quality, hygiene and efficiency in a fully automated plant.

Ideal candidates are ITI/ Diploma or Engineering graduates with experience in ice cream or food manufacturing, familiar with packaging machinery, GMP/HACCP/FSSAI standards, and willing to relocate to Hyderabad for this shift-based role.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ice-cream processing and packaging machinery.

Responsibilities

• Handle processing, mixing, freezing, and packaging of ice cream on extrusion/cone/bulk lines.
• Operate fully automated DCS controlled machinery and monitor process parameters.
• Maintain cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards.
• Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

Role : Operators for Cone / Extrusion/ Stick Line Machines

Work Location : Hyderabad

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in in Engineering with min exp in IceCream/Food industry

Should handle relevant machines in Icecream plant

Role & responsibilities

The Processing & Packing Operator is responsible for handling the processing, mixing, freezing, and packaging of ice cream via Extruder line / Cone / Bulk filling and processing equipment's of leading OEMs while ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency in production.

The role involves operating fully automated DCS controlled machinery, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Operate and monitor mixing, pasteurization, homogenization, and freezing equipment.
• Ensure proper ingredient blending, temperature control, and product consistency.
• Operate and monitor automated packaging machines
• Ensure proper filling, sealing, labeling, and coding of ice cream products.
  Monitor and adjust packaging parameters to minimize waste and downtime
  Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Minimize product losses and optimize production efficiency
• Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment

Familiarity with Ice-cream processing and packaging machinery

Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad; Within age group of 28-35 years.
