Hiring for German Language Customer Support Apprentices & Regular Freshers for an exciting opportunity to build a career in a German process.

The ideal candidate should have completed German B1 certification across all 4 modules and possess good communication skills. This opportunity is open to Graduates/Undergraduates who are available for immediate joining.

Selected candidates will undergo training and assessment. Candidates meeting the required communication and process standards can progress to a full-time role with a competitive salary package.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through German-language chat/email or other assigned communication channels.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate, professional, and timely responses in German.
• Communicate effectively with customers while maintaining a high standard of written German.
• Resolve customer queries, requests, and basic issues as per defined process guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while handling customer interactions.
• Follow standard operating procedures, communication guidelines, and process requirements.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
