Responsibilities

• Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English German)
• Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
• Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

Qualifications

• Candidates should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (Ex: English German)
• Command over Language with good understanding skills is required
• Good Communication Skills is required
• Candidate should be a good listener
• Candidates with certification in German Language, German Language trainers, German Language Associate, Customer support German Language will be given high preference
• Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking German and English Language
• Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling
• Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts major night shifts (5 days per week 2 days off)
