Tech Genius 24x7 in Noida (Sector 63) is hiring a Business Development Executive specialized in German language to engage international clients and support onboarding.

The role requires German language certification (B1/B2) and excellent communication. You will handle inbound queries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer success in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• German Language Certification (B1/B2) with all 4 modules (Reading, Listening, Writing & Speaking)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of software installation/troubleshooting is preferred

Location: Noida Sector 63 (Nearest Metro 62)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Voice Process (Mandatory)

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM

Please Note: We don't have cab services as of now.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off)

Shift Duration: 9 Hours (Including 1 Hour Break)

Language Requirement: German Language Proficiency with excellent German communication skills B1/B2 certified with all 4 modules (Reading, Listening, Writing & Speaking).
