Job summary

Schneider Electric in Chennai is seeking a Manager – Install Base Service Engineer (3Ph UPS) to lead service operations, supervise a team, and ensure expert maintenance, repair, and installation of UPS systems. The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, safety compliance, and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

You will provide 24/7 support and drive field excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in UPS systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience in team handling and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of UPS systems and power distribution.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
