A Leading Building Material Company is seeking a seasoned Ops Leader to oversee sales operations for multiple Ready-Mix Concrete plants in Hyderabad. You will drive operational excellence, production efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, profitability and sustainable growth, with strong focus on P&L, budgeting, forecasting and pricing.

MIS processes will be part of the role. The ideal candidate has a Civil engineering background (BTech) and an MBA, with 18–20 years in RMC, concrete sales

Competenze

• Bachelor/BTech in Civil with MBA is required.
• 18–20 years of experience in RMC, concrete sales ops, manufacturing or construction materials.
• Strong knowledge of concrete-aggregate dynamics and dispatch logistics.
