A MIX READY MIX CONCRETE - PRIYA CEMENTS GROUP in Chennai is seeking an experienced leader to head the Ready Mix Plant operations, drive the business plan, oversee machinery, QC/QA, and logistics. The role requires hands-on operations experience and strong leadership to coordinate teams and ensure quality deliveries.

Ideal candidates hold a B.E or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical, with Tamil and Hindi proficiency.

Qualifications

• Effective leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
• B.E or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical with plant operations experience.
• Tamil and Hindi proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Head overall Ready Mix Concrete Plant Operations.
• Execute the business plan of the organization.
• Hands on experience in maintaining machinery operations.
• Oversee operations & maintenance and QC/QA activities.
• Look after Sales and Marketing activities.
• Recruit manpower and manage logistics of the plant.
• Prepare policies for the plant and demonstrate technical presentations to customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To head the overall Ready Mix Concrete Plant Operations
2. To execute the business plan of the organization.
3. Hands on experience in maintaining the machinery operations .
4. Should be well versed in operations & maintenance.
5. Knowledge in Quality Standards and concrete grades.
6. implementation of the QC and QA activities.
7. To look after the Sales and Marketing activities.
8. To mantain the recruit the manapower.
9. To maintain and operate the logistics operations of the plant.
10. Prepare policies for the plant.
11. Demonstrate technical presentation to the customers

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Effective leadership, communication & interpersonal skill with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

B.E / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical having experience in operations and day to day activitties of Commercial Ready Mix Concrete Plants.

Candidates should know speak Tamil and Hindi

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
