Job Purpose

To lead and drive residential sales operations across a specific zone by managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, improving conversion rates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Zonal Head is responsible for strategic planning, performance management, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring successful execution of all residential sales initiatives within the zone.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Achievement

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned zone to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor performance of all regional and project sales teams under the zone.
• Drive sales productivity through structured planning and performance tracking.

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead Residential Sales Regional Heads, Team Leads, and FLS teams across multiple projects.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and guide teams on improving conversions and follow up effectiveness.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring for consistent team development.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure superior customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complex sales cases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium, corporate, and HNI customers.

4. Project & Inventory Management

• Work with project teams for inventory planning, pricing, stock management, and new launches.
• Analyze demand trends and align sales activities with customer preferences and market expectations.
• Ensure proper allocation of inventory to teams based on performance and market need.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Projects, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Work closely with branding and marketing to design region-specific campaigns.
• Provide inputs for digital campaigns and lead generation strategies.

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Review daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for zone performance.
• Provide leadership with insights on sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Track key KPIs such as site visit ratios, lead-to-booking conversion, and follow-up effectiveness.

7. Process Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to sales processes, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Oversee booking documentation, agreements, collections, and customer onboarding flows.
