Job summary

PSP Projects Limited in India is seeking a General Manager - Project Execution to lead end-to-end project delivery across civil, structural, MEP and finish works for large-scale projects.

You will oversee planning, procurement, cost control, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with EPC, Contracts, Finance, and Operations teams, while driving safety, quality, and compliance with local regulations and RERA norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is mandatory; PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project sites and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning, design coordination, execution to handover of project.
• Oversee site execution including civil, structural, finishing, MEP and external development works.
• Facilitate coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), Contracts, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities using project management tools.
• Control project cost, budgeting, cash flow planning, and vendor billing certification.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure quality control systems and adherence to approved drawings & specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, RERA norms, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead procurement strategy, contractor finalization, and rate negotiations.
• Track procurement status of critical equipment and materials.
• Review risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Prepare presentations and status updates for senior leadership.
• Manage large teams including Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and Planning teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.
