Job summary

EPS Instrumentation is seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end EPC project execution across India. You will oversee planning, procurement, manpower, execution, billing and timely completion, while ensuring profitability and contractual compliance.

You will build and mentor project and procurement teams, develop client and vendor relationships, and implement KPI-driven reporting. A path to strategic leadership is offered with strong incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with strong leadership potential.
• 18–25 years of experience in Electrical/Industrial EPC projects, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale industrial projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial, contractual, procurement and project management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is an advantage).
• 18–25 years of experience in Electrical/Industrial EPC projects, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale industrial projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial, contractual, procurement, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
