Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a civil engineer with 15+ years to lead end-to-end execution of large industrial EPC projects in India. You will manage projects from planning to commissioning, align with budgets and contractual commitments, and drive safe, compliant delivery.

You will steer multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites, handle stakeholders including clients and regulators, and uphold governance standards to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• A civil engineer with at least 15+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven success leading large-scale industrial EPC projects from concept through commissioning.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of delivering projects within cost and schedule targets.
• Deep experience managing complex stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ability to build, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple project sites.
• Strong technical grounding in industrial construction, with the credibility to resolve critical engineering and execution challenges.
• A disciplined leader who drives safety, quality, compliance, and governance standards while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Strategic, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in high-growth, project-driven environments with multiple concurrent assignments

Responsibilities
