Hyatt Hotels Corporation is recruiting a regional leader for EAME with multiple locations in India. You will oversee full-service hotels, driving operational excellence, guest experience, and brand integrity across diverse properties.

The role emphasizes talent development, financial leadership, owner relations, and a strategic vision to grow revenue while upholding sustainability and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership in full-service/upper-upscale hotels with ops excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Strong financial acumen balancing efficiency and guest experience.
• Success in elevating guest satisfaction, brand sentiment and owner relations.
• Experience leading taskforces, openings, rebranding or repositioning in full-service hotels.
• Experience across brands, disciplines and sizes of hotels; strategic and culturally sensitive.
• Global exposure with fluency in local relevance and international standards.

Responsabilités

• Deliver seamless, high-quality service across rooms, F&B, meetings and events reflecting Hyatt standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership and ensure alignment on strategic direction and financial outcomes.
• Own the hotel’s full P&L with budgeting, forecasting, variances, and timely actions to meet targets.
• Ensure brand integrity across all guest and colleague touchpoints in line with standards.
• Drive commercial strategy for market positioning, revenue growth and brand recognition.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards and Hyatt ethics policy.

Operational Excellence & Guest Experience :Ensure the hotel delivers seamless, high-quality, and service-focused experiences across a broad range of full-service operations, including rooms, F&B, meetings and events that reflect Hyatt’s brand standards.

Talent Development : Lead a people-first culture that attracts, develops, engages and retains top talent so they can be their best.

Owner Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment on strategic direction and financial outcomes.

Financial Leadership : Own the hotel’s full P&L with direct accountability for key metrics such as revenue, GOP etc. Lead the annual budget and rolling forecast, actively manage variances and lead team in proactively taking timely actions to deliver financial targets.

Brand Integrity : Ensure the hotel delivers reliable, welcoming, and high-quality experiences across all colleague and guest touchpoints in line with the brand standards and positioning

Commercial Strategy : Drive market positioning, brand recognition, and revenue growth through innovative strategies and brand-centric leadership.

Compliance & Sustainability : Ensure adherence to all operational, safety, and sustainability standards, protecting the wellbeing of colleagues and guests. Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s ethics and compliance policy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in full-service / upper-upscale hotels known for operational excellence, service consistency, and guest satisfaction
• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to balance operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Success in elevating guest satisfaction, brand sentiment, and owner relations
• Additional leadership experience from taskforce, project hotel openings, rebranding or repositioning within the full-service segment is an advantage
• Experience across multiple disciplines, brands and sizes of hotels, demonstrating strategic agility and cultural sensitivity is highly preferred
• Global exposure through leading in diverse cultural contexts with fluency in local relevance and international standards is highly preferred
