• Strong experience in fleet management, transportation operations and liaisoning work.
• Experience dealing with Government departments, Railways, PSUs, or large corporate clients preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the company’s complete transportation and fleet operations.
• Handle fleet management, vehicle deployment, maintenance, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Government departments, Railways, PSUs, clients, vendors, and other authorities.
• Undertake liaisoning and regulatory work related to transportation operations.
• Manage drivers, transport staff, route planning, vehicle utilization, and timely deployment.
• Monitor operational costs, vehicle performance, compliance, and documentation.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth execution of transportation contracts.
• Maintain strong coordination with clients and resolve operational and administrative matters.
• Perform any other duties necessary for the efficient functioning and growth of the transportation business.

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
