UPS Supply Chain Solutions (UPS SCS) seeks a creative Enablement Content Developer Specialist to join the GBS Healthcare team in a remote role. You will design, develop, maintain, and deploy high-quality learning solutions supporting performance, onboarding, adoption, and readiness initiatives under the Learning Strategy Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in eLearning development or instructional design.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions including eLearning modules, VILT, WBL, and job aids.
• Build end-to-end Storyline 360 and Rise 360 experiences from concept through deployment.
• Develop interactive simulations, branching scenarios, and knowledge checks.
• Create AI-enabled learning assets using tools like Colossyan AI and other technologies.
• Produce and edit instructional videos and visuals following branding standards.
• Maintain and update existing learning content reflecting changes in business or processes.
• Support curriculum and content maintenance within learning management systems.
• Manage multiple development projects to meet timelines and quality expectations.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Enablement Content Developer Specialist to join the GBS Healthcare team. This will be a remote role responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying high-quality learning solutions that support employee performance, onboarding, process adoption, and business readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong eLearning developer with a solid foundation in instructional design, adult learning principles, Blooms Taxonomy, visual design, and AI-powered content development. This position reports directly to the Learning Strategy Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions including eLearning modules, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), Web-Based Learning (WBL), process documents, job aids, quick reference guides, assessments, and multimedia learning assets.
• Build end-to-end Storyline 360 and Rise 360 learning experiences from concept through deployment.
• Develop interactive simulations, branching scenarios, software demonstrations, and knowledge checks.
• Create AI-enabled learning assets using tools such as Colossyan AI and other emerging content development technologies.
• Produce and edit instructional videos using related multimedia tools.
• Create visually engaging graphics, infographics, and learning assets using Canva while following branding standards.
• Apply instructional design theories, adult learning principles, Blooms Taxonomy, and learning design models to create effective learning experiences.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, functionality, accessibility, and learner engagement.
• Maintain and update existing learning content to reflect business, system, or process changes.
• Support curriculum and learning content maintenance within learning management systems.
• Manage multiple development projects simultaneously while meeting delivery timelines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in eLearning Development, Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design frameworks, and Blooms Taxonomy.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
