Job summary

The candidate will manage schedules, samples, fabrics, trims, cutting, stitching, finishing and packing, while maintaining records and communicating with suppliers to meet delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in fashion, textile, apparel production, or merchandising.
• 2–5 years of experience in production merchandising.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction and quality standards.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and multi-order management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete production process from order to final shipment.
• Track production schedules, planning and order status.
• Coordinate with sampling, fabric, trims, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
• Ensure production follows approved samples and specs.
• Maintain records of purchase orders and shipment documents.
• Prepare production follow-up sheets and shipment plans.
• Communicate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams on requirements.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser to coordinate between buyers, merchandising, production, quality, sourcing, and factory teams to ensure orders are produced and delivered on time as per buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete production process from order confirmation to final shipment.
• Follow up on production schedules, production planning, and order status.
• Coordinate with sampling, fabric, trims, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
• Ensure production is carried out according to approved samples, specifications, measurements, and quality standards.
• Track fabric and trims availability and ensure timely delivery to production.
• Prepare and maintain production follow-up sheets, T&A charts, order status reports, and shipment plans.
• Coordinate with the quality team to resolve production and quality issues.
• Communicate with buyers, buying houses, suppliers, and internal teams regarding order requirements and timelines.
• Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely completion of orders and shipments.
• Follow up on approvals, lab dips, trims, samples, and other production-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, production details, approvals, and shipment documents.
• Support the team in meeting delivery targets and customer expectations.
