Job summary

Alike Thoughts is seeking experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants for a PAN India Virtual Drive. Candidates should have 5–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and expertise in at least one module from the listed areas.

Role involves implementation, enhancement or production support, with emphasis on translating business needs into effective Fusion HCM solutions and participating in design discussions and testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement and/or production support projects.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design and functional discussions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical teams.
• Support SIT, UAT and production activities.
• Analyze and resolve functional/technical issues within timelines.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation as required.
• Support Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, regression testing and enhancements.
• Follow Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and project standards.
